Councilmembers De'Sean Quinn (on-site), Kate Kruller (remote). Cynthia Delostrinos Johnson (on-site),
Tosh Sharp (on-site).
MOVED BY KRULLER, SECONDED BY QUINN TO EXCUSE COUNCIL PRESIDENT MCLEOD AND
COUNCILMEMBERS HOUGARDY AND ABDI FROM THE MEETING. MOTION CARRIED 4-0.
