SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council will hold a Special Meeting on
Monday, June 13, 2022 directly following the Committee of the Whole meeting, which starts at
7:00 p.m. at the following telephone number for the public to participate in the meeting:

Support during the meeting call 1-206-433-7155. The meeting will also be conducted on-site
at Tukwila City Hall, 6200 Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA.

a. Approval of Vouchers
b. Award a bid and authorize the Mayor to sign a contract with Titan Earthwork, LLC,
for the 2022 Annual Small Drainage Program, in the amount of $547,980.00 (plus
contingency).

c. Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to contract #22-012 with KPG
Psomas, Inc., for construction management services for the 2022 Small Drainage
Program, in the amount of $99,872.00.

d. Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to contract #21-187 with KPG
Psomas, Inc., for construction management services, design services, and construction
support for the 2022 Overlay and Repair Program, in the amount of $265,988.00.

e. Authorize the Mayor to sign a contract with Otak, Inc., for engineering and design
services for the Gilliam Creek Fish Barrier Removal and Habitat Enhancement project, in
the amount of $330,622.00.

f. Approve an application for lodging tax funds from the City of Tukwila for Paint the
Boulevard in the amount of $6,000.00, and for the Seattle Sports Commission
