EASEMENT FOR WATER LINE
The Grantor, Charles A. Fox and
Eliza H. Fox his wife, for and in consideration of the
sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
C) hereby grant, sell and convey to the City of Tukwila
Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its
successors and assigns, an easement and right -of -way over, through, under, across,
11 �d upon and in the following described real property situated in King
County, Washington, TO -WIT:
The North 10' of the West 85' of the following:
Brookvale Garden Tracts, All the rest of tract 4 less
por ly Sly of In 50' Nly at and concentric with D -1n.
for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of a
water line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with the right
of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all purposes
necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property affected
will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon completion of
construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless, the Grantors
from any liability arising from e construction contemplated herein.
