REPEALED BY 1249
WHEREAS, since 1974 commercial and industrial customers have been
allowed a summer sewer rate benefit on their utility bills to encourage
watering of landscaped areas, and
stallation of "exempt water meters" to accomplish the same end, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that, in the best interest of the
Utility Department and to establish equitable benefits for all utility cus-
tomers, the summer sewage rate should be discontinued.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DISCONTINUING THE SUMMER SEWAGE RATE AND REPEALING
ORDINANCE NO. 1007, SECTION 5.
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department is now encouraging the in-

WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Ordinance No. 1007, Section 5, adopted March 7, 1977 is
hereby repealed.
