The Grantor, BURTON and
his wife, for and in consideration of the sum
of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do here-
by grant, sell and convey to the CITY OP TtMW A
Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors and
assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under across, upon and in t>~s-._..._

for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of a
line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with
the right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all
purposes necessary and related thereto.
