EASEMENT FOR SEWER LINE

The Grantor, Harry Schwindt and
his wife, for and inconsideration
of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof,is_'hereby acknow-
ledged, do hereby grant, sell and convey to the Citv of Tukwila
Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, i.ts.successors and
assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under, actos.s,. upon_and
in the following described real property situate in Kine County, Washington,
to -wit:
The easterly 20 feet of Lots 14 and 15, Block 4,
Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts, Vol. 11 -24.
for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement
of a sewer line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with the
right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all
purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property effected
will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon completion
of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless the
Grantors from any liability arising from the constructioi, ecaterplated herein.
