EASEMENT FOR SEWER LINE
The Grantor, ART STEVENS and
his wife, for and in consideration of the sum
of ONE DOLLAR 01.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do here-
by grgnt, sell and convey to the CITY OF TUKWILA
Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors and
assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under across, upon and in tha-
following described real property situate in KING County, Washington, to-
wit:

for the c struction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of a
