EASEMENT FOR SEWER LINE
The Grantor, F tdL IN ROWLEY and
his wife, for and in consideration of the sum
of ONE DOLLAR (,$1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do here-

Washington, a municipal corporation, its successors and
assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under across, upon and in
following described real property situate in KMf_ County, Washington, to-
wit:

for the onstruct on, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of a
Lu line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with
the right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all
purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that tho.,property- .affected_
will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon completion of
