The Grantor, RUDOLF W. REGEL and
his wife, for and in consideration of the -sum
of ONE DOLLAR *1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do here-
by grant, sell and convey to the CjjY OF TUKWILA
Washington, a municipal corporation; Grantee, its successors and
assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under across, upon and in
following described real property situate in KING County, Washington, to-
wit:
East 20' of Lot 9, Block 4 Plat of Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts*
for the nstruction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of a
line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with
the right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all
purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understand that "t affectsd--
will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon completion of
construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Grantors
from any liability arising from the construction contemplated herein.
