The Grantor, Samuel H. Thomas and.

of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do here-
by grhnt, sell and convey to the Citv of Tukwila
Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors and
assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under across, upon and in the

wit:

for the pnstruction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of a

This easement is granted with the understanding.that the. property- -affeete
will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon completion of
construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Grantors
from any liability arising from the construction contemplated herein.
