ORDINANCE NO. 1162
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1980 BUDGET AS ADOPTED
BY ORDINANCE #1139 TO APPROPRIATE UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE AND TRANSFER FUNDS INTO CITY HALL LTD
GO BOND FUND.
WHEREAS, the City sold $1,500,000 in bonds on November 1, 1977,
to construct a new City Hall, and
WHEREAS, the bond redemption fund has need of sufficient reserve
funds for bond and coupon redemption, and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to establish an
adequate reserve in the City Hall Ltd. G.O. Bond Redemption Fund, and
WHEREAS, this will enable the City Hall Ltd. G.O. Bond Fund to
operate without relying on other funds for semiannual loans.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The 1980 annual budget of the City of Tukwila, as adopted by
Ordinance No. 1139 is amended to appropriate unanticipated
revenue and transfer contribution of funds as follows:
