On August 17, 2020, I observed the three new sliding glass doors are in the same location from my previous site visit on December 3, 2019. Researching this property, I did not find any submitted or issued permits for the installation of these doors. Reviewing Google Street View, July 2018, the three overhead garage doors were in place. Obtain a building permit for building repair or demolition. Permits are not considered completed until a final inspection has been approved by a city inspector. Corrective Action: Cease the operation of the U -Haul business and remove all office equipment and furniture associated with the U -Haul business. Maintain the property to this standard at all times.
