EASEMENT FOR SEWER A LINE

his wife, for inconsideration of he sum
of ONE DOLLAR (*1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do here-
by grAnt, sell and convey to the CITY OF TUKWILA
Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors and.
assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under across, upon and in the--
following described real property situate in KING County, Washington, to-
LR, wit:
East 20' of Lot 8, Block 4 Plat of Hillmants Seattle Garden Tracts*
for the nstructi,on, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of a
rc/ line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with
the of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all
purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the under—standing that
will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon completion of
construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Grantors
from any liability arising from the construction contemplated herein.
