The Grantor, Mrs. Bettv Mettler and
his wife, for and in consideration
TJ of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknow=
ledged, do hereby grant, sell and convey to the City of Tukwila
Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors'
assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under, across, upon and
in the following described real property situate in King •Coun ty, Washington,
to -wit:
Easterly 10' lying Westerly of State Highway No. 5M of the following described
property:
Tax Lot 1, Stephen Foster Donation Claim No. 38, Beginning at a point on West
line of Puget Sound Electric Railway Right -of -way 49 ft. Northwest of intersection
with the South line of Fosters Donation Claim.
Th Northerly along Right -of -way 512.1 ft; th S 65 W 211 ft. more or less;
th S 45 40' E 85 ft.; th S 65 W 128 ft. to the East line of Lemon Road; th Southerly
along said Road 234 ft.; th E 441.7 ft. to beginning less State Road.
Also the Easterly 10' lying Westerly of State Highway No. 5M of the following
described property:
Tax Lot 34, Stephen Foster Donation Calim No. 38. The South 30' of Donation
Calim lying Westerly of Puget Sound Electric Railway Right -of -way and Easterly of
Lemon Road being 441.7 ft. in length less State Road on East.
for the construction, operation," maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement
of a sewer line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with the
right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all
purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property effected
will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon completion
of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemni and save harmless the
Grantors from any liability arising from the construction ecateep herein.
