The Grantor, James Wood and
his wife, for and in consideration of the sum
of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do,here-
by grant, sell and convey to the C i t m on Tjikwila
Washington, a municipal corporatlon, Grantee, its successors.and
assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under across, upon and in tt�a
following described real property situate in Kin-a County, Washington, to=
wit:
The Northeasterly �5.ft. lying Southwesterly of the
Southwesterly boundary of State Highway No. 5M of Lots 13 and 14 Block 15
Plat of Hillman's Seattle Garden TRacts
for the costruction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of a
line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with
the right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all
purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that une proPcrty- atfenta&-
will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon completion of
construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Grantors
from any liability arising from the construction contemplated herein.
