The Grantor, BURTON P. LUTES and
his wife, for and in consideration
of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
U`' ledged, do hereby grant, fnd convey to the City of Tukwila
Washington, municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors and
assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under, across, upon and
in the following described real property situate in King County, Washington,
to -wit:
The Northeasterly 10 ft. lying Southwesterly of the Southwesterly
boundary of State Highway No. 5M of Lots 9, 10 and 11, Block 3
Plat of Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts.
AISO Northeasterly 10 ft. lying Southwesterly of the Southwesterly
boundary of State Highway No. 5M of Lot 10 Block 8 Plat of Hillman's
Seattle Garden Tracts.
for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement
of a Ji_' L-6-'cJ line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with the
right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all
purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property effected
will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon completion
of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless the
Grantors from any liability arising from the constructioi. ccateuplated herein.
