his wife, for and in consideration
of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1 in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
do hereby grant, sell and convey to the rit.y nf T%1JQ A
Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its sucessors and
assigns, an easement and right -of- way, over, through, under, acro ss,upon and in
the following described real property situate in Kin rl County, Washington,
to -wit:
The North 10 Except the West 120 of the South 210
of Lot 17 Plat of the Interurban Addition to Seattle
for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement
of a sewer line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with the
right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all
purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property effected
will be returned to a condition equal to its orginial condition upon completion
of construction, and any future maintenance, repair and /or replacement of sewer
lines and appurtenances. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless
the Grantors from any liability arising from the construction contemplated herein.
