'M' EASEMENT FOR SEWER LINE
The Grantor, Kenneth Thomsen and
his wife, for and in consideration of the sum
of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00 in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do here-
by grant, sell and convey to the City of Tukwila
Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its sucessors and
assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under, across, upon and in the
C following described real property situate in King County, Washington,
to -wit:
The South 10 of the following described property:
Portion of Lot 17 Plat of the Interurban Addition to Seattle Beginning
210 North of Southwest corner measured along West line: thence N 890
47 E to Westerly line of 65th Avenue South and True Point of Beginning;
Thence S 890 47" W 3331; thence North parallel to West line 153 Thence
N 890 47' E to Westerly line said street; Thence Southeasterly along
West line said street to True Point of Beginning.
for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement
of a sewer line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with the
right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all
purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property effected
will be returned to a condition equal to its orginial condition upon completion
of construction, and any future maintenance, repair and /or replacement of sewer
line or lines and appurtenances. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save
harmless the Grantors from any liability arising from the construction contemplated
herein.
