To whom it may concern,
This letter is submitted to your department along with the Undergrounding
Agreement Waiver pertaining to the improvement of electrical service for the
residence located at 11729 40th Ave. So., Tukwila, Wa. The estimated total
cost from Seattle City Light for underground service is $8943.40.
The amount of $8943.40 would impose a financial hardship on myself, so I
am requesting a deferral of the following Ordinances: 1321 Section V; 924
Section I; 486 Section V, as authorized by Ordinance 1607.
