The following commissioners attended the regularly scheduled meeting of the Tukwila Civil Service
Commission: Kathleen Wilson, Tosh Sharp, and Tom Morris. Others in attendance were Interim Police Chief Eric
Dreyer, Assistant Fire Chief Norm Golden, HR Director Juan Padilla, and Michelle Godyn, HR Analyst/Civil
Service Examiner.
CALL TO ORDER Commissioner Tosh Sharp called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES November 16, 2020, minutes currently in draft. Juan provided appealed
letter to add to the minutes.
GENERAL BUSINESS Introduction to Deputy Fire Chief, Norm Golden.
POLICE DEPARTMENT BUSINESS
Staffing Update Interim Police Chief Eric Dreyer presented the Commission a staffing
update.
Certified Eligibility List for
Entry Level Police Officers
FIRE DEPARTMENT BUSINESS
It is to be recorded that the Entry Level Police Officers was
certified outside of a regular meeting commencing November 18, 2020
and ending November 18, 2021, or until depleted.
Staffing Update Deputy Fire Chief Norm Golden presented the Commission a staffing
update.
