The Grantor, Herman C. Anderson and
Grac►p {!.ADdersob his wife, for and in consideration
of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
CL� ledged, do hereby grant, sell and convey to the Citv of Tukwila
Lr,. Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors and
assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under, across, upon and
in the following described real property situate in King County, Washington,
to -wit:
The Edstebly 25' measured Westerly along the South Line from the SE corner of
the following described property:
'T.L. 10, Section 23, Township 23 North, range 4 East W.M., Wm. H. Gilliam
D.C. No. 40 portion of D. C. lying Southerly and Westerly of Co. Rd. No. 622 and
65th Ave. S. and Northerly of State Highway 1 -L less portion West of line beginning
235' Easterly of the Intersection of North Line of Three Tree Point Road and Southerly
Line Co. Rd. No. 622; th North 103' th East 18.5 th North to Co. Rd.
for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement
of a sewer line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with the
right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all
purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property effected
will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon completion
of construction, The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless the
