EASEMENT FOR SEWER LINE
The Grantor, Patrick S. Malone and Carrol Anne Malone and
his wife, for and in consideration
of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
Cr` ledged, do hereby grant, sell and convey to the Citv of Tukwila
Li Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors and
assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under, across upon and
in the following described real property situate in King County, Washington,
to -wit:
See attached sheet.
for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement
of a sewer line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with the
right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all
purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property effected
will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon completion
of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless the
Grantors from any liability arising from the construction ccateaplated h rein.

Meridian, described as follows:
M Beginning at the intersection of the southerly line of S. 137th St.,
(formerly Lemon Road) produced N 74 E, and the northeasterly
line of 56th Ave. S (formerly Lemon Road), which point is described
as the point of beginning in that certain correction deed, dated
cc December 26, 1903, and recorded January 22, 1904, in Volume 362
U' of Deeds, Page 625, records of the auditor of King County, State
of Washington; thence N 74 E, along said southerly line of S.
137th St. (formerly Lemon Road) produced, 125 feet; thence S 45
