Malone and Carrol Anne Malone and his wife, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknow- Cr` ledged, do hereby grant, sell and convey to the Citv of Tukwila Li Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors and assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under, across upon and in the following described real property situate in King County, Washington, to -wit: See attached sheet. for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of a sewer line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with the right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all purposes necessary and related thereto. This easement is granted with the understanding that the property effected will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon completion of construction.
