ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1980 BUDGET AS ADOPTED
BY ORDINANCE NUMBER 1139 AND AMENDING ORDINANCE
NUMBER 1148 TO APPROPRIATE CONTRIBUTIONS FROM
LID 19 AND 20 TO WATER /SEWER CONSTRUCTION FUND.
WHEREAS, The City of Tukwila appropriated a $929.00 expenditure
from contributions received from LID 19 and 20, and
WHEREAS, the revenue acknowledgement was overlooked in Ordinance
number 1148.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following budget amendment is authorized to
correct Ordinance number 1148 and appropriate the contribution
from LID 19 and 20 to:
Revenue: 403/369.30 Contributions from LID 19/20 $929.00
