EASEMENT FOR SEWER LINE
The Grantor, Carl A. Brewer and Hazel M. Brewer and

ledged, do hereby grant, sell and convey to the City of Tukwila

assigns, an easement and right-of-way, over, through, under across u on and

in the following described real property situate in King County, Washington,
to -wit:
See attached sheet.
for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement
of a sewer line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with the
right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all
purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property effected
will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon completion
of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless the
Grantors from any liability aris'ng from the construction ccateeplated herein.

Mefidian, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the southerly line of S. 137th St.,
(formerly Lemon Road) produced N 74 0 04' E, -and the northeasterly
line of 56th Ave. S. (formerly Lemon Road), which point is described
as the point of beginning in that certain correction deed, dated
December 26, 1903, and recorded January 22, 1904, in Volume 362 of
Deeds, Page 625, records of the auditor of King County, State of
Washington; thence N 74 0 04' E along said southerly line of S. 137th
St. (formerly Lemon Road) produced 125 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence continuing N 74 0 04' E 180.204 feet, to the south-
westerly line of Interurban Ave. S., -a State Highway; thence S 44 0 51'
E along said southwesterly line, 407.32 feet; thence S 65 0 58 1 45" W
161.64 feet; thence N 45 0 49' W 437.44 feet to the true point of
beginning, situated in the County of King, State of Washington.
