EASEMENT FOR SEWER LINE
The Grantor, Archie Tanner and
CD Donna Tanner his wife, for and in consideration of the sum
1�_ of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do here-
by grhnt, sell and convey to the City of Tukwila
C'a Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee,-its successors and
assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under across, upon and in the-
following described real property situate in King County, Washington,.to-
wit:
The South 10' of Lot 5 Plat of M.W. Addition
for the, onstruction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of a
line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with
the .Aght of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all
purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that affected_
will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon completion of
construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Grantors
from any liability arising from the construction contemplated herein.
