EASEMENT FOR SEWER LINE,
The Grantor, THOMAS HOWMAN and
his wife, for and in consideration of the sum
of ONE DOLLAR 01.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do here-
by grant, sell and convey to the CITY O ZQU UT
Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors and
assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under across, upon and in the
following described real property situate in xrNC County, Washington, to
wit:
East 'IV of Lot 24, Plat of Tri -Vista Terrace.
for the nstruction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of a
line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with
the right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all
purposes necessary and related thereto.

will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon completion of
construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Grantors
from any liability arising from the construction contemplated herein.
