westerly boundary of State Highway No. 5M of Lot 15 Block 15 Plat of
Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts
for the construe ion, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of a
line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with
the right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all
purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property- .affeZted._
will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon completion of
construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Grantors
