EASEMENT FOR SCR LINE
The Grantor, Herman Turley and
his wife, for and in consideration of the sum of
N ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,.do'hereby grant,
sell and convey to the City of Tukwila
,Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors
and assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under across, upon.and in the

following descirbed real property situated in Kine County,Washington, TO -WIT:
The North 20' of the South 35' of the following described property:
The East 150' of Tract 6 of The Interurban
Addition to Seattle, Vol. 10 of plats,
page 55, records of King County, Wash-
ington, less the South 201' thereof,
less portion for street.

construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of a
1�. l�c.� line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with the right of
i";6gress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all purposes necessary
and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property affected will be
returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon completion of construction.
The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Grantors from any liability
arising from the construction contemplated herein.
