EASEMENT LINE
The Grantor, South Central School, District Number 406 for and in consideration
of the sum ONE DOLLAR ($1.00)_in hand.paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
do hereby grant, sell,ai�d_convey to the City of Tukwila, Tukwila, Washington, a
municipal corporation; Grantee, its successors and assigns, an easement and right
`M1 of -way, over, through, under, across, upon and in the following described real
property situate in King County,:-Washington to -wit:
i A portion of the following described property:
Tract 6, The Interurban Addition to Seattle, Volume 10 of plats, Page 55,
Records of King County, Washington less the E 150' thereof, less portion
for street,.and together with the unplatte'd Strip adjacent on the West,
consisting of that portion of the above described property lying North
of the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the West boundary of the above described property
lying ten feet (10') South of the NE corner of Tract 40 of Brookvale
Garden`:Tracts, Volume 10 of plats, Page 40,Records of King County, Washington;
Thence Easterly in a direct line to a point 20' West of and 44' South of the
NE corner of the above described portion of- 'Tract 6;
Thence Southerly parallel with the Easterly boundary of said portion of
Tract 6 to.a point 118' South of and 20' West of said NE corner;
Thence Easterly parallel with the North boundary of said portion of Tract
6 to Easterly boundary of said portion of Tract 6, which is the terminus
