Chair Quinn called the meeting to order.
I. BUSINESS AGENDA
A. Lease Agreement: Sound Cities Association
Chair Quinn announced he would recuse himself from discussion on this item due to his service
on the SCA Board.
Staff is seeking Council approval of an agreement with Sound Cities Association for the lease
of office space in the 6300 Building through 2024 for a total of $54,714.00.
Committee Recommendation
Majority approval, Quinn recused. Forward to July 18, 2022 Regular Meeting.
B. 2021 Year End Financial Report
Staff presented an update on activities associated with the development of the 2023-2024
biennial budget.
Item(s) for follow-up:
• Report back on how many community members have been involved in outreach efforts to
date.
• Plan to review the Reserve Policy at a future Council meeting.
