AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1956 FOR THE PAYMENT OF
THE CURRENT MUNICIPAL EXPENSES.
WHEREAS, The Town Council of the Town of Tukwila, King County, Wash-
ington, at a regular meeting thereof, held the third day of October,
1955, made the following estimate of the expenditures and receipts
from all sources other than the taxation upon the real and personal
property of the said Town of Tukwila, for the ensuing year of 1956.

Section 1. That for the purpose of raising funds with which to pay
the expenditures as above enumerated for the Town of
Tukwila for the ensuing year of 1956 there shall be certified to
the County Assessor of King County, Washington, the sum of FIVE
THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TNENTY -FOUR and THIRTY-FOUR one hundredths
DOLLARS(45324.34) as the amount to be raised by General Taxation
upon the real and personal property embraced within the corporate
limits of the Town of Tukwila, as shpwn by the assessment rolls of
King County, for t.e year 1955.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its publication.
PASSED the Town Council and signed by me in authentication of its
passage this 3rd day of October 1955

I, RALPH S. STACY, Assessor of King County,
Washington, do hereby certify that the assessed valuation
of all the property situated within the boundary of the
TOWN T JKWILA, as equalized and fixed by the County
and State Boards of Equalization, for the year 1955 is
$354,956.
