REPEALED BY 1207
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
RELATING TO EXECUTIVE SESSIONS AND AMENDING
ORDINANCE #1008, SECTION 1.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tukwila, Washington,
desires to be able to conduct Executive Sessions at regularly scheduled
Committee of the Whole Meetings in accordance with the provisions of
RCW 42.30.110.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Meetings
(G) Executive Sessions. The City Council may hold an
Executive Session during a Regular Meeting, Committee
of the Whole Meeting, or special meeting to consider
certain matters 4R- the- maRRer as set forth in RCW
42.30.110.

at a regular meeting thereof this day of 1980.
