Andover Industrial Park Easement
XNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
"At MINITESOTR MINZNG AND MANUFACTURING COMPANY, a
corporation created by and existing under the laws of the State
of Delaware, hereby constitutes and appoints CK•s* S J. XEEVER
of 2112 Washington Building, Seattle, Washington, to be its
true and lawful attorney, with authority, for and in behalf of
said corporation, for the sole purpose of executing that certain
plat labelled "Plat of Andover Industrial Park No. 2 which plat
in part relates to certain real property owned by said corpora-
tion, and, by so executing on behalf of said corporation, to
dedicate thereunder certain streets, avenues, alleys and the use
thereof for public purposes, all as so provided in said plat.
IN WITNESS WHEREOP, said corporation has caused its
nacre to be hereto subscribed and its corporate seal to be of—
fixed. by its Vice President, for that purpose duly authorised.

that executed the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged the
said instrument to be the free and voluntary act and deed of
said corporation, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned,
and on oath stated that they are authorized to execute the said

said corporation.
