AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1980 BUDGET AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE
NUMBER 1139 IN ORDER TO ESTABLISH REVENUE AND APPROPRIATIONS
FOR THE CITY'S PARTICIPATION IN THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY BLOCK
GRANT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the 1980 -81 Community Development Block Grant program has
been established by the City of Tukwila per Resolution #715, in accordance with
all Block Grant requirements and;
WHEREAS, a budget amendment is necessary to bring the City's 1980
budget into accord with the Block Grant accounts.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTION, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The 1980 budget of the City of Tukwila, as adopted by
Ordinance 1139 is hereby amended to include the following:
