THE GRANTORS, PUGET WESTERN, INC. and SOUTHCENTER
CORPORATION, Washington corporations, for and in consider
'.4 scion of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) in hand paid, and other good
and valuable considerations, receipt of which is acknowl-
edged, hereby convey and warrant to THE CITY OF SEATTLE, a
municipal corporation, Grantee, subject to the encumbrances,
reservations, conditions and restrictions hereinafter set
forth, the following described real estate situated in the

Grantee shall hereupon succeed in interest to such portion of
the underlying fee in and to said roads as would revert to

or any portion of said roads.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantors have caused this in-
strument to be executed by their proper officers and the cor-
porate seals to be hereunto affixed this r day of April,
1962.
