4 EASEMENT FOR SIDEWALK s The Grantor, John L. Sullivan and his wife, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby grant, sell and convey to the Citv of Tukwila .3 Washington Washington, a municipal corporation Grantee, its successors and assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under, across, upon and in the following described real property situate in Kina County, Washington, TO -WIT: "That portion of the South 200.00 feet of the East 165.00 feet, as measured along the O?South line of Lot 18 of Interurban Addition to Seattle, as recorded in Volume 10 of 0 Plats, Page 55, records of King County, Washington. This easement is granted with the understanding that the property affected will be promptly and properly returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon each and all completion of construction, operation, maintenance, use, repair and /or replacement. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless the grantors from any liability arising from each and all uses contemplated herein.
