ORDINANCE NO. 1145
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1980 BUDGET AS ADOPTED
BY ORDINANCE NUMBER 1139 IN ORDER TO ESTABLISH
REVENUE AND APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE CITY'S PARTIC-
IPATION IN A COMMUNITY ALCOHOL CENTER CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the Southeast Community Alcohol Center has offered
professional counseling services to the Tukwila Municipal Court at a cost
of $4,800 per year, and
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila recognizes that professional counseling
services should be made available to the Municipal Court for dealing with
offenders involved in alcohol related offenses.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The 1980 annual budget of the City of Tukwila, as
adopted by Ordinance 1139 is hereby amended to include the
following:
REVENUE:
000.341.15.00 Other Court Costs $4,800.00
EXPENDITURES:
004.512.50.31 Professional Services $4,800.00
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this /9- day ofd 1980.
