AGREEMENT, made this AL day of MAR 1 1 C 0R Z RECGRDE0 KC REORu,, 19__U, by and between the CITY OF TUKWILA, a municipal corporation of King County, Washington, hereinafter termed "Grantee" and cy� and hereinafter termed "Grantor W I T N E S S E T; "H Grantor hereby grants unto the Grantee a perpetual right -of -way easement for the purpose of constructing and estab- lishing a bulkhead along and within the easterly 5' of the Grantor's property as described on Attachment A, which property as described is situated in King County, Washington; together with an easement along and within the easterly 20' of said property for the purpose of establishing an underground anchoring system to be connected to said bulkhead. Grantee agrees to construct said bulkhead and /or anchoring system within four (4) months following the execution of this agreement. Grantee shall have the right, without prior institution of any suit or proceeding at law, at times as may be necessary, to enter upon said property, for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said bulkhead and /or anchoring system; provided that such constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing of said utilities shall be accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in this right -of -way shall not be disturbed or destro ed, and that the area shall be left in its present I% EXCISE TAX NO REQUIRED 1- 9?,Ilg Co. This easement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding on the successors, heirs and assigns of both parties hereto.
