KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
For good and valuable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned hereby grants a
perpetual easement to Pacific Northwest Bell Telephone Company, a Washington Corporation, its successors and
assigns, W the right to place constryct, operate ?nd maintain, inspect, reconstruct, repair, replace and keep clear
Buried Communication Lines
with wires, cables, fixtures and appurtenances attached thereto, as the grantee
may from time to time require, upon, across, over and /or under the following described property
situated in Kinq county, state of Washington
A right-of-way 10 f eet in width having 5 feet of such width on each side of the
cable as placed across a portion of the following described property:
Portion of west of southwest quarter (SW defined as follows: Beginning
267.52 feet east of southwest corner Government Lot 5 in said west thence
north 01 47' 28" east 51 feet; thence south 88 12' 32" east 254 feet; thence
north 01 47' 28" east 461.42 feet to southwesterly margin of Christensen
Ln Road; thence along said southwesterly margin south 44 38' 35" east 173.59
CD feet; thence continuing along said southwesterly margin south 66 44 35"
east 229.44 feet; thence south 01 47' 28" west 412.83 feet; thence south
CO 88° 12' 32" east 356 feet to westerly margin of said road; thence along said

Grantee shall at all times have the right of full and free ingress to and egress from said property for all purposes herein
mentioned, and to remove at any time, any or all of the Buried Communication Lines
and /or wires, cables, fixtures and appurtenances from the said property, with the understanding that grantee shall be
responsible for all damage caused to grantor by the exercise of the rights and privileges herein granted.
The rights, conditions and provisions of this easement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the heirs,
executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto.
