are nortgagors, covering the following described property situ-
ated In King County, Washington:
That portion of the J. H. Gillian Donation Clain No.
40 in Section 23, Township 23 North, Range u East, Y. !L,
described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Tract 23 of the
Interurban Addition to Seattle, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, page ;5, reccrds of
said county; thence south 89' 47' east along the south lire
of said Tract 23, 22.00 feet; thence south 2•+' 25' east
6j.00 feet; thence south 68' west 156.DO feet; thence ncrth
22' nest 127.5+ feet to the south line of Tract 27 of said
plat of Interurban Addition to Seattle; thence south 69' .7'

east 44.98 feet to the true point of beginning of the
