EASEMENT
The Grantors, Herman C. Anderson and Grace C. Anderson,
his wife do hereby grant and convey to Alex Nillson and Anne-
Marie Nillson, his wife an easement for roadway and utilities
purposes over the following described property in the W. H.
Gilliam Donation Land Claim No. 40 in Section 23, Township 23
North Range 4 E.W.M,':
An area.40 feet wide, being 20 feet in width on each
side of the following described center line:
Beginning at a point on the South line of Tract 28
of :the* :Interurba.n Addition to Seattle, as per plat
recorded in Volume 10 of Plats on page 55, records
of King County which is South 89 East 44.0
feet fro$ the Southwest corner of said Tract 28; thence
South 24 25'00" East to an intersection with the north-
erly margin of the Renton -Three Tree Point Road.
This easement shall be for the benefit of the follow-
ing described parcels of property of which grantees are now the
owners, but shall be for the benefit of predecessors in interest
of said grantees with respect to either or both of the following
described parcels:
That portion of the W. H. Gilliam donation claim
no. 40 in section 23, township 23 north, range 4 E.W.M.
described as follows: Beginning at the southwest cor-
ner of tract 28 of the Interurban Additi-on to Seattle,
according to plat thereof recorded in volume 10 gf plats
page 55, records of said county; thence south 89 47'
east along the south line of said tract 28, 22.00 fe8t;
thence south 24 east 44.98 feet; thence south 68
west 155.16feet; thence north 22 west 107.54 feet to
the south line of tract 27 of said plat of Interurban
Addition to Seattle; thence south 89 47' east along
said south line 143.55 feet to the point of beginning.
That portion of the W. H. Gilliam donation claim
no. 40 in section 23, township 23 north, range 4 E.W.M.,
described as follows: Beginning at the southweL� cor-
ner of tract 28 of the Interurban Addition to Seattle,
according to plat thereof recorded in volume 10 of
plats, page 55, recbrds of said county; thence south
89 east 22.00 feet; thence south 24 east 65.00
feet; thence south 68 west 156.00 feet; to the true
point of beginning; thence north 22 west 127.55 feet
to the south line of tract 27 of said plat of Inter-
urban Addition to Seattle; thence north 890 P 471 along said south line 105.00 feet; thence so east 135 feet, more or less, to the northeas
margin of 65th Avenue South; thence southeas long said northeasterly road margin 95Feet, r

me known to be the individuals described in and who
executed the within and foregoing instrument, and
"acknowledged that they signed the same as their free
and voluntary act and deed for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned.
