E A S E M E N T
KNOW ALL MIEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Dave Silliphant
for and in consideratir of twenty -fi.vm ($25.00) dollars,. in
hand paid by the Town of Tukwila, a municipal corporation or-
ganized under the laws of the State of Washington, do hereby
grant and convey unto said Town of Tukwila, its successors and
assigns, a right of way over the property hereinafter described
for any water pipes or mains which may be laid by said Town of
Tukwila, and the right to maintain such water pipe's or mains,
including the use of so much land as is necessary in laying
down and maintaining such pipes or mains, and the right to en-
ter unto and upon the lands hereinafter described for the pur-
pose of laying and maintaining said pipes or mains, and also at
all times in the future for the pugpose of repairing, inspect-
ing and maintaining said pipes or mains; provided, that in no
case shall such pipes or mains interfere v,ith the prover culti-
va.tion of th lands of the parties hereto. The easement here—
in referred to is particularly described as follows:
An easement 15 feet wide across the western
end of vacated Edtivards Avenue. The said easement
lies one -half on each side of the pipe line, the
base line of which pipe line is described as follows:.
Commencing at a point approximately 20 feet east of
the easterly line of the right -of --way of the Puget
Sound Electric Railway where Maule Avenue extended
would intersect the south line of Donation Claim
38 and running tbhence in a northeasterly direction
across vacated Edwards Avenue and across the south
line of Donation Claim 38 to connect with the Tuk-
wila pipe —line right -of -way across the Foster Golf
Links, all being in King County, Washington.
