KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that W. E. CAMPBELL
and SOPHIA E CAMPBELL, his wife, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), in hand paid by
the Town of Tukwila, a municipal corporation organized under
the laws of the State of Washington, and other valuable con-
siderations, do hereby grant and convey unto said Town of
Tukwila, its successors and assigns, a right of way over the
property hereinafter described for any water pipes or mains
which may be laid by said Town of Tukwila, and the right to
maintain such water pipes or mains, including the use of so
much land as is necessary in laying down and maintaining such
pipes or mains, and the right to enter into and upon the
lands hereinafter described for the purpose of laying and
maintaining said pipes or mains, and also at all times in
the future for the purpose of repairing, inspecting and main-
taining said pipes or mains; provided, that in no case shall
such pipes or mains interfere with the proper cultivation of
the lands of the parties hereto. The easement herein referred
to is particularly described as follows:
An easement 10 feet wide across the east -third
of the south 1/2 of the S. E. 1/4 of the N. E. 1/4 of
the N. E. 1/4 of Sec. 14 T. 23 N. R.-4 E.; the said ease-
ment lies one -half on each side of the pipe line, the
base line of said pipe line is described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the section line dividing sec-
tions 13 and 14 T. 23 N. R. 4 E., which said point is
930.47 feet South 11 0" degrees 13' 09" VT. from the corner
common to sections 11, 12, 13 and 14 T. 23 N. R. 4 E. and
is the zero or initial point of the base. The line bears
thence South 44 degrees.18' 43" W. for a distance of
3643.59 feet, more or less, to a point on the northerly
line of "Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts filed for
record November 30th, 1903. The said point lies on the
northerly line of Edward Street and is 10 feet East of
the East line of lot 13, Block 9 of the said plat, ex-
tended north. The base line as described cuts the west
line of the tract 173 feet, more or less, north of the
S. W. corner of the tract and cuts the north line of the
tract 180 feet, more or less, east of the northwest cor-
ner of the tract, all being in King County, Washington.

As a part of the consideration for the granting
of said easement, the said Town of Tukwila agrees that when
said water mains are laid across the above described lands,
it will construct one tap or connection for the future use
of the parties hereto, /and a ssigns
dods urther agree that if the
parties hereto should desire to use water from such main
through such tap or connection, said Town will charge, for
the use of such water as may be used from such tap or con-
nection, the same rate as paid by such Town to the City of
Seattle.
Said Town of Tukwila does further agree that if
at any time after said water mains are laid across said above
described lands it shall be determined that the same interfere
with the construction of buildings on said lands, said Town
will, at its own expense, cause said mains to be moved so as
not to interfere with such construction.
It is further understood and agreed that the right
of the parties hereto to use water from the mains as laid
across said above described lands shall be limited to the ex-
tent that such use shall not interfere with the distribution
of water within the corporate limits of the Town of Tukwila,
and should the Town of Tukwila at any time require the use of
all of the water passing through said mains for the inhabitants
residing within the corporate boundaries of said Town, then said
Town shall have the right to discontinue the use of any water
from such mains by the parties hereto.

unto set their hands and seals this 29th day of October
1928.

mentioned.
