Chair Delostrinos Johnson called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
BUSINESS AGENDA
A. Rental Housing Program Update
Staff provided the update. Committee members discussed program outreach and an interest
in reviewing fees.
Item(s) for follow-up:
• Provide numbers of houses vs. apartment units in the rental program.
• Provide the number of rental housing residents in the city.

11. MISCELLANEOUS
Staff provided an update on a forthcoming code enforcement action on an auto repair
business located on Tukwila International Boulevard.
