REPEALED BY WASHINGTON r 1 /i ORDINANCE NO. 1137
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, AMENDING
SECTION 6 OF ORDINANCE 1109 BY EXTENDING THE TERMINATION
DATE.
WHEREAS, the purpose of Ordinance 1109 is to promote development
consistent with the City's comprehensive plan prior to the adoption of a new
zoning ordinance, and
WHEREAS, a new zoning ordinance is expected to be adopted late
in 1980, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance 1109 expires on the second regular City Council
meeting of January, 1980, and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHING-
TON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 6 of Ordinance 1109 is amended to read as
follows: This ordinance and the policy herein adopted shall remain in effect
until the second regular City Council meeting of January 1981, or until a
new zoning ordinance and map is adopted, whichever comes sooner.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA ASHINGTON, at
