AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON
REPEALED B VAMENDING ORDINANCE 934, AND TUKWILA MUNICIPAL CODE
I 14.16.065 TO INCREASE CITY METRO RATE.
WHEREAS, Metro has notified the City of an increase in the
Metro rate pursuant to the agreement between Metro and the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Ordinance 934, Section 2, and Tukwila
Municipal Code 14.16.065 each be amended to read as follows:
14.16.065 City Metro -Rate. The City -Metro charges as pro-
vided for in Section 14.16.060 and as required by the Agreement for
Sewage Disposal between the municipality of metropolitan Seattle and
the City of Tukwila is set at the sum of (Three-Dellars-aed-Fi-€ty-
F4ve- Gepts- 4g 755 Three Dollars and Ninety Cents ($3.90)per resi-
dential customer and per residential customer equivalents effective
January 1, 1980.
