AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF TUKWILA TO PURCHASE, FROM
KING COUNTY, LOT 16, PORTION SOUTHWEST OF COUNTY ROAD, BLOCK 4,
HILLMAN'S SEATTLE, GARDEN TRACTS, IN ACCORDANCE u!ITN THE PROVISIONS
OF CHAPTER 238, LAWS OF 1947; AND DEDICATING THE SAME AS AN
EXTENSION OF AN EXISTING PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL Cr THE TOjN Tt;KNILA, JASHINGTGN:
SECTION 1. That the tarraniyy i eed from King County, conveying to
the Town of Tukwila, the following described property,
situate in the Town of Tukwila, to wit:
Lot 16, portion S.W. of County Road, Elock 4,
Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts,
in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 233, Laws of 1947,
is hereby accepted; said portion of land to be dedicated as an
extension of an existing Right -of -;Jay.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and posting as required by
law.
