AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING A LENDING INSTITUTION AND
SETTING THE INTERIM FINANCING RATE FOR LID 29 REVENUE
WARRANTS.
WHEREAS, ordinance no. 1098 adopted February 5, 1979
authorized the issuance of LID 29 revenue warrants; and

WHEREAS, Seattle First National Bank has offered the lowest
interest rate based on competitive bids;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
COUNCIL ACTION
Section 1. Seattle First National Bank is hereby designated
as the lending institution for interim financing of LID 29.

Section 2. The interest rate forsuch financing is set at
6.475% for the purchase of revenue warrants totaling approximately $417,900.
