AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA FIXING THE AMOUNT
OF COMPENSATION FOR THE POSITIONS OF MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL MEMBERS AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NOS. 933 AND 492.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Approved as to Form:
City Attorney
Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of RCW 35A.12.070,
each member of the City Council of the City of Tukwila shall
be compensated at the rate of $200.00 per month.
Section 2. Pursuant to the provisions of RCW 35A.12.070,
the person holding the position of Mayor shall be compensated
at the rate set forth in the annual budget adopted by the
City Council.
Section 3. Ordinance Nos. 933 and 492 are hereby repealed.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a Regular Meeting thereof this day of 1979.
