WASHINGTON
ORDINANCE NO. /e 9/
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, REPEALING
ORDINANCE NUMBERS 448, 54 634, 738, 753, 767, 997 AND 1019.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 915 provides for accrual of annual
leave, and;
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 916 provides for accrual of sick
leave, and;
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 985 establishes legal holidays for
Municipal employees, and;
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 614 establishes a wage and salary plan
for all full -time permanent positions, clarifies the use of overtime, and
replaces the existing Longevity °ay.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The following Ordinances are repetitious and hereby repealed:
Ordinance No. 448, 544, 634, 738, 753, 767, 997, and 1019.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
